We understand that plans can change! Here’s our policy on rescheduling, cancellations, and product returns to help you enjoy your creative experience with confidence.
🔁 Rescheduling Public Sessions
You can reschedule for free by notifying us at least 72 hours before your session.
To reschedule, please email support@paintforfun.com.au with your booking details and preferred new date.
💸 Reschedule Fees – Inside 72 Hours

72 to 12 hours before the session: A $15 rebooking fee per person applies.

Less than 12 hours before the session:

You will forfeit 50% of your ticket value, or

Pay a rebooking fee of:

$29 per person for standard painting sessions

$39 per person for cocktail-making events

Fees must be paid before your new booking can be confirmed.
🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows
No refunds are issued for:

Change-of-mind
-
No-shows
-
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled session
Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled once the event has passed.
👨👩👧👦 Private Events

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 21 days in advance.

Cancellations or major changes within 21 days of the event may result in loss of deposit or additional fees.

Deposits for private events are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
📦 Returns for Physical Items
We accept returns for eligible products purchased from Paint for Fun.
Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty
How to Request a Return:

Email support@paintforfun.com.au with your order number and reason for return

Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Paint for Fun is not liable for lost returns
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
